We usually ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes due to many orders at once the shippment may be mailed later. If an item is out of stock we will let you know that it is on backorder.
We will ship in the USA and Europe, plus many other countries, but please be aware that European orders of the MINDFIRE CD should be placed at www.melissarecords.com. Our shipping costs are included free.
Sometimes we will use recycled packaging and mailing materials. This keeps shipping costs down. All sales are final. There are no refunds. We are sorry, we can't replace broken jewel cases if the shrinwrap has been removed from the CD. If the CD is damaged and the shrinkwrap is still on, we can replace the CD if you mail it back. On shirts, please be careful of size when you order. If you need to exchange the size you need to send the item back within 10 days for an exchange.
